Terms of Service

1. Operator and acceptance

GoMontenegroGuide is operated by Lytheron OÜ, an Estonian company. By accessing the platform, creating an account or publishing a business profile, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Platform role

GoMontenegroGuide is a travel discovery and business-listing platform. Unless expressly stated, we are not the provider, seller or agent of services offered by listed businesses and we do not guarantee their availability, quality or performance.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and use the account only for lawful purposes. A business representative must have authority to manage the relevant profile.

4. Free Business Profiles

A Free Profile provides standard publication within the platform and access to the available self-service tools. Features, placement and visibility may change as the platform evolves.

• Profile information is managed primarily through the Dashboard.
• WhatsApp, map and social links may be displayed where supported.
• An external website link, custom integrations and enhanced promotional features may be reserved for Premium plans.
• Free support does not include unlimited manual editing or bespoke technical work.

5. Premium services

Premium plans, advertising, enhanced placement, external links, SEO services, content production or custom development are optional paid services. Scope, price, duration and deliverables are governed by the applicable offer or checkout terms. No paid service is activated without the required acceptance or purchase.

6. Dashboard responsibilities

Business owners are responsible for keeping names, descriptions, locations, contact channels, opening hours, images, prices and other profile information accurate and current. A change is considered completed when the publicly visible profile materially reflects the information submitted through the Dashboard.

7. Content rules and licences

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Lytheron OÜ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, translate, format and display it for operating and promoting the platform.

• Content must be accurate, lawful and not misleading.
• You must hold the necessary rights to text, images, logos and trademarks.
• We may reject, edit, unpublish or remove content that breaches these Terms or creates legal, security or quality risks.

8. Technical scope of Free support

For Free Profiles, our obligation concerns the material accuracy of the publicly visible page. Technical artefacts that do not create materially incorrect visible information are outside standard Free support.

• Source code, HTML and internal payloads
• Metadata, JSON-LD and Schema.org customisation
• Cache invalidation and third-party archives
• Search-engine, crawler and AI-system indexing
• Custom SEO, integrations, migrations and development

9. Search engines, caches and AI services

Search engines, social networks, content delivery networks, web archives and AI services are independent third parties. Their cached copies, snippets, indexes and update times are outside our control. We do not guarantee when or how they refresh information.

10. Requests, corrections and commercial work

We may correct platform errors affecting materially inaccurate public information. Requests outside the standard product scope may be declined or proposed as separately quoted work and require written acceptance before activation.

11. Intellectual property

The platform software, interface, design, databases, branding and original editorial content are owned by or licensed to Lytheron OÜ. No right to copy, reverse engineer, scrape or commercially reuse them is granted except where mandatory law permits.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove accounts and profiles for fraud, unlawful conduct, misuse, non-payment, security risk, repeated inaccurate content or breach of these Terms. Users may request account closure, subject to legal retention duties.

13. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lytheron OÜ is not liable for third-party services, indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption, external indexing or decisions made using listed information. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Changes, law and contact

We may update these Terms when the platform, law or business model changes. Material changes will be published with a revised date. These Terms are governed by Estonian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
